This vegan face mask is perfect for a chill evening in. Add in Venetia's turmeric milk and you've got yourself the perfect evening.
2 tsp turmeric powder
5 drops of your favourite essential oil (optional)
350ml of oat mylk (coconut works well too)
1⁄2 tsp of turmeric powder
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 medjool date
Face Mask: start by mashing the avocado using a fork. In a medium bowl, combine your mashed avocado with the rest of your ingredients.
Apply the mask all over your face and neck using slow, circular motions.
Leave mask on for 10-15 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water using a muslin cloth and pat dry.
Follow up with your moisturiser or some coconut oil.
Turmeric Mylk: blend the ingredients in a Nutribullet (or similar).
Pour into a saucepan and heat through on a medium heat before serving.
