• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon raw honey, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds


  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour into the center of prepared sheet and spread to approx. 1/4-inch thickness, taking care to keep as even as possible.
  4. Top with the strawberries and almonds.
  5. Freeze until completely firm, about 4 hours.
  6. Break into pieces.
