• 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup plain almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 fresh peaches, pitted and diced, plus more for garnish


  1. Combine the Greek yogurt with the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
  2. Add the oats to a mason jar, followed by the milk
  3. Add half of the fresh peaches, then top with the Greek yogurt mixture
  4. Top with remaining peaches
  5. Place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 5-6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid
