Supplies
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 to 10 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, diced small
- 4 avocados, pitted and halved
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grape tomatoes, garlic, basil, sea salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mozzarella.
- Layer the tomato mixture into the avocado. Drizzle with remaining sauce from bottom of mixing bowl.
- Serve immediately.
