
Ingredients
- 4 avocados, halved
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8-10 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, diced small
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Steps
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the grape tomatoes, garlic, basil, sea salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mozzarella
- Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit
- Layer the tomato mixture into the avocado and drizzle with remaining sauce from bottom of mixing bowl
