
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoon raw honey, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
Steps
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth
- Pour into the center of prepared sheet and spread to approx. 1/4-inch thickness, taking care to keep as even as possible
- Top with the strawberries and almonds
- Freeze until completely firm, about 4 hours
- Break into pieces
