- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
- Pour mixture into a sauce pan and heat over medium heat until hot, but not boiling, approx. 4-6 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
