• 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice


  1. Rinse asparagus and slice off ends
  2. Heat a grill to med-high heat
  3. Place the asparagus on the grill in a single layer and toss with olive oil
  4. Cook, turning occasionally, until tender (about 12-15 minutes)
  5. While asparagus is cooking, combine the raw honey, lemon juice and sea salt in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer
  6. Drizzle the asparagus with the honey sauce to serve
