Healthy Apple Pie Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 granny smith apple, cored, peeled & sliced

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 5-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond milk, sliced apple, greek yogurt, oats, honey, protein powder, ground cinnamon, and ice in a blender.

  2. Purée until smooth.

  3. Sprinkle extra ground cinnamon over the top to serve.
