Healthy Apple Pie Shake
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 granny smith apple, cored, peeled & sliced
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon honey
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5-6 ice cubes
Instructions
Combine the almond milk, sliced apple, greek yogurt, oats, honey, protein powder, ground cinnamon, and ice in a blender.
Purée until smooth.
Sprinkle extra ground cinnamon over the top to serve.
