- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 granny smith apple, cored, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 5-6 ice cubes
- Combine the almond milk, sliced apple, greek yogurt, oats, honey, protein powder, ground cinnamon, and ice in a blender.
- Purée until smooth.
- Sprinkle extra ground cinnamon over the top to serve.
