Supplies
- 2 chicken breast
- 100g Flour
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- Vegetable oil, to fry
- For the sauce
- 4 soaked chillies
- 1 shallot (diced and cooked)
- 2 tbsp Ginger
- 2 tbsp Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine Vinegar
- Pinch sugar
Steps
- Cut chicken breast into three pieces, widthways.
- Flour, egg and breadcrumb the breast pieces and deep fry for 15 minutes at 170 C.
- For the sauce
- Soak the chillies for at least a day in plenty of water, then blend them with the rest of the ingredients.
