- Pizza dough
- 1kg flower
- 700ml water
- Pinch sugar
- Pinch salt
- 14g yeast
- Toppings
- 50g Marshmallows
- Chocolate sauce.
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp pickles
Steps
- Make pizza dough by mixing flour, water, yeast, salt and sugar until very glutenous. Leave in fridge overnight.
- Roll out pizza bases and dry fry in a hot pan.
- Top with desired topping and grill under hot grill for that pizza feeling.
