Pull-apart Bacon Egg and Cheese
Who knew your morning breakfast sandwich could be this much fun?
Supplies
- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 eggs
- 8 bacon slices
- 8 ounces of cheddar cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Ketchup & hotsauce
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cook the bacon on a parchment paper lined baking tray for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer onto paper towel lined plate. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.
- Whisk the eggs in a small bowl and cook to make scrambled eggs.
- Adjust the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a loaf pan with the melted butter.
- Separate biscuit dough rounds, and fill each portion with some egg, bacon, cheese, and scallions.
- Butter each side, and arrange upright in the loaf pan.
- Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup, hotsauce, or whatever condiments you like!
