• 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 8 ounces of cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Ketchup & hotsauce


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook the bacon on a parchment paper lined baking tray for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Transfer onto paper towel lined plate. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.
  4. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl and cook to make scrambled eggs.
  5. Adjust the oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Grease a loaf pan with the melted butter.
  7. Separate biscuit dough rounds, and fill each portion with some egg, bacon, cheese, and scallions.
  8. Butter each side, and arrange upright in the loaf pan.
  9. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve with ketchup, hotsauce, or whatever condiments you like!
