Ingredients

  • 1 everything bagel
  • 3-4 slices low-sodium bacon
  • Chopped lettuce to taste
  • Sliced tomato to taste
  • Mayo to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Slice bagel in half. Spread bottom with mayo. Layer chopped lettuce and tomato slices. Place top and wrap bacon around the bagel, going through the hole and around.
  2. Grill on all sides until the bacon is browned.
