Preheat oven to 325°F. In a bowl, whisk together egg white, sugars, spices, and salt. Add pecans and mix until the nuts are fully coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush the surface with melted butter. Spread the pecan mixture in an even layer. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, stirring the pecans every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once the sugar coating is hardened, serve or store in a sealed container.
