An easy way to make Carrot Cake, in a mug!

Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup white cake mix

  • 3 tablespoons water

  • 1 teaspoon egg white

  • 1 teaspoon veg oil

  • 2 tablespoons shredded carrot

  • 1 tablespoon raisin

  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  • Garnish: Cream cheese frosting and Chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mug.

  2. Microwave 90 seconds.

  3. Top with cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans
