How to make White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cake in a MUG!

White chocolate raspberry swirl cake

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1-2 tablespoons raspberry jam

  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips

  • Garnish: Powdered sugar and Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients except jam and chips.

  2. Fold chips into batter and swirl in the jam. microwave 1 1/2 minutes.

  3. Top with fresh raspberries.
