Laura Miller shows you how to make an amazing chocolate pudding with an unlikely ingredient: avocados. The flavor and texture alone should get you to make this - but add in how nutritious it is for you and there's no reason not to try this out!
2 large avocados
1/2 cup agave or maple syrup
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon balsamic
1/2 teaspoon nama shoyu
1/4 teaspoon salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Enjoy as is, or freeze overnight!
