• 1 package (7 ounces) speculoos cookies
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1 cup white melting chocolate


  1. In a food processor blend the speculoos cookies, cookie butter, and powdered sugar until a dough forms. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Scoop and roll the cookie dough into balls, 1 inch in diameter. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. In another bowl melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir well into a nice glaze.
  4. Dunk and cover the truffle balls into the white chocolate, one at a time. Allow to harden and serve.
