• 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. In a bowl whisk flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl beat milk, oil, and egg together. Add wet ingredients into flour mixture. Whisk until batter is combined.
  2. In a bowl mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add filling into piping bag and set aside.
  3. In a bowl add butter and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
  4. Heat large skillet on medium heat. Spray with nonstick spray. Scoop 1/4 cup batter onto skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Squeeze piping bag filling into a spiral pattern on pancake. Let it sit for 2 minutes; when bubbles begin to appear, flip with a thin spatula, and cook for another minute. Transfer to plate. and drizzle cream cheese glaze on top.
