- 4 slices good quality brioche
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 75ml double cream
- 25g caster sugar
- 1 bar Lindt orange flavoured chocolate
- 25g butter
- Whisk together the sugar, eggs, double cream together in a bowl.
- Dip the brioche slices in to the egg mixture and place on to a board. Add in generous amounts of chocolate on top, and top with another piece of brioche dipped in eggs. Place into a toastie machine with a little butter and cook until golden. Cut in half and serve.
