Supplies

  • 4 slices good quality brioche
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 75ml double cream
  • 25g caster sugar
  • 1 bar Lindt orange flavoured chocolate
  • 25g butter

Steps

  1. Whisk together the sugar, eggs, double cream together in a bowl.
  2. Dip the brioche slices in to the egg mixture and place on to a board. Add in generous amounts of chocolate on top, and top with another piece of brioche dipped in eggs. Place into a toastie machine with a little butter and cook until golden. Cut in half and serve.
