• Coffee beans 6 tablespoon
  • Caraway seeds 2 teaspoon
  • Heavy cream to taste
  • Sugar 1/4 cup


  1. In a small pan, toast the caraway seeds for 1-2 minutes over medium heat and get a pot of water boiling.
  2. Add your caraway seeds and coffee beans into a bowl.
  3. Add your seeds and beans into the grinder so they mix up evenly.
  4. Add your grounds to a French Press.
  5. Pour in your hot water (~190F)
  6. It needs around 5 minutes to steep
  7. Add your sugar, some cream and the coffee.
