• Cream cheese 4 ounces
  • Himalayan pink salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Whipping cream 2/3 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/3 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • Ice 3 cups


  1. Add your milk into a saucepan
  2. Add your cocoa and whisk together over medium heat
  3. Once hot, remove from the stove and allow to cool slightly
  4. To make the cheese foam, add condensed milk and whipping cream to your cream cheese
  5. Add some himalayan pink salt and whip everything together
  6. Pour some of your slightly cooled cocoa into a glass full of ice and add a few spoonfuls of your cheese foam
  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and a tiny pinch of salt
  8. Enjoy!
