Ingredients

  • Simple syrup: 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 ripe Hass avocados
  • 2 cups of ice small cubes
  • Chocolate syrup as garnish

Steps

  1. In a sauce pot add water and sugar bring to a boil for about 1 min
  2. Remove from heat and set aside to chill. (This needs to be cold before adding to the blender.)
  3. In the blender, first add cubed or small ice
  4. Cut avocado and remove pit. Scoop out avocado with spoon and add to blender
  5. Add simple syrup
  6. Optional: Add a spoonful of sweetened condensed milk
  7. Blend for about 1 min until smooth and silky
  8. Garnish two tall glasses with chocolate syrup - by dripping down the sides of the glass
  9. Pour and Enjoy!
