Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 Cups cold water
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 2 limes, JUICED
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Steps

  1. Pour water into your serving pitcher
  2. Add chia seeds and stir
  3. Place pitcher in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Now juice your limes over the pitcher
  5. Add your rose water and honey
  6. Stir and serve cold
