- Coffee beans 6 tablespoon
- Caraway seeds 2 teaspoon
- Heavy cream to taste
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- In a small pan, toast the caraway seeds for 1-2 minutes over medium heat and get a pot of water boiling.
- Add your caraway seeds and coffee beans into a bowl.
- Add your seeds and beans into the grinder so they mix up evenly.
- Add your grounds to a French Press.
- Pour in your hot water (~190F)
- It needs around 5 minutes to steep
- Add your sugar, some cream and the coffee.
