- 1/2 package of qamar ed-din (dried apricot paste about 8 ounces)
- 3 cups water, plus more to taste
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom water
- Chop dried apricot paste into small pieces.
- Combine chopped paste, and 3 cups of water in a sauce pan over high heat.
- Bring to a boil then turn off heat and allow to soak.
- Then whisk until smooth - an immersion blender can also be used.
- Stir in sugar
- Then add to a pitcher, along with orange blossom water.
