• Red Layer: 3/4 c. whole milk, 1 c. fresh strawberries, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • White Layer: 1/2 c. milk, 2 teaspoon honey, handful of ice cubes, 1/2 Vanilla Bean
  • Blue Layer: 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. fresh blueberries, 1 teaspoon honey, handful of ice cubes


  1. Put all ingredients for the red layer in a blender and blend. Pour equal amounts into 4 small glasses. Put the glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes or until frozen.
  2. Meanwhile, add the milk, honey and ice cubes into the blender and blend. Remove your glasses from the freezer, and pour equal amounts into the glasses and return to freezer for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. Finally, create your blue later by adding milk, blueberries, honey and ice cubes into a blender and blending. Remove glasses from freezer, add the blue layer, and then add back to the freezer for 10 minutes (last time we promise).
  4. Take smoothies out of the freezer 10 minutes before ready to serve.
