- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1.5 cups water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Add ginger to a large mason jar.
- Add honey.
- Add molasses.
- Shake cider vinegar, then measure out and add to jar.
- Add room temperature water.
- Cover with lid and shake.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. The layers will separate while it sits in the fridge.
- Shake to recombine before serving.
- Pour through a micro-sieve into your serving glass.
