Ingredients

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Steps

  1. Add ginger to a large mason jar.
  2. Add honey.
  3. Add molasses.
  4. Shake cider vinegar, then measure out and add to jar.
  5. Add room temperature water.
  6. Cover with lid and shake.
  7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. The layers will separate while it sits in the fridge.
  8. Shake to recombine before serving.
  9. Pour through a micro-sieve into your serving glass.
