• 1 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp caster sugar
  • 1tbsp plain flour

  • 16.5g royal icing sugar
  • tiny splash of water
  • pink gel food colour
  • piping bag


  1. Mix together the butter and sugar in a tiny bowl.
  2. Add in the flour and mix. Roll out the dough with a tiny rolling pin.
  3. Cut circles out of the dough and place in the oven.
  4. While the pastries are cooling, mix the icing sugar and water, then add the food colouring and mix again.
  5. Pipe a tiny bit of pink icing onto each pastry.
