- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp caster sugar
- 1tbsp plain flour
- Gems:
- 16.5g royal icing sugar
- tiny splash of water
- pink gel food colour
- piping bag
Steps
- Mix together the butter and sugar in a tiny bowl.
- Add in the flour and mix. Roll out the dough with a tiny rolling pin.
- Cut circles out of the dough and place in the oven.
- While the pastries are cooling, mix the icing sugar and water, then add the food colouring and mix again.
- Pipe a tiny bit of pink icing onto each pastry.
