• 1 cup water​
  • 1 cup honey
  • Petals from 1 small, very perfume-y organic rose


  1. Combine the honey ​and petals with 1 cup water in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, remove from the heat, and let sit for 10 minutes to steep.
  3. Let the syrup cool to room temperature.
  4. Strain.
