Pioneer Women

We promised to get weird and for our season finale, we deliver to you, our most-bizarre-one-of-a-kind magnum opus. That's all we'll say for now, you're just going to have to watch this one. You're welcome.

Supplies

  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • 1 fresh coconut
  • 2 ears corn
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt

Steps

  1. Separate cabbage leaves. These are the taco 'shells.'
  2. Remove coconut meat from coconut and cut into 1' pieces and add to shells
  3. Dice tomatoes, shave corn and chop cilantro, add to a bowl and mix with lime juice and salt. Top tacos with the mixture.
  4. Serve with mango salsa.

Supplies

  • 3 cups mango, finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalepeño pepper, finely diced
  • Juice of 1 lime squeezed
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro
  • Sea salt

Steps

  1. Chop and combine all ingredients in bowl and mix
  2. Add cilantro and season with salt
