  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • 1 fresh coconut
  • 2 ears corn
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt

Steps

  1. Separate cabbage leaves. These are the taco 'shells.'
  2. Remove coconut meat from coconut and cut into 1' pieces and add to shells
  3. Dice tomatoes, shave corn and chop cilantro, add to a bowl and mix with lime juice and salt. Top tacos with the mixture.
  4. Serve with mango salsa.
