Supplies
- 1 brie wheel
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of honey to serve
- 1 tsp thyme
Steps
- Coat the cheese in the flour, the egg and then the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve with honey and thyme.
