  • 1 brie wheel
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of honey to serve
  • 1 tsp thyme

Steps

  1. Coat the cheese in the flour, the egg and then the breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  3. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with honey and thyme.
