• 300g rolled puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup red jam
  • 1 brie wheel
  • 1 egg


  1. Arrange the cheese in the centre of the puff pastry, put the jam on the cheese and cover with the puff pastry.
  2. Brush with the yolk and bring to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until the dough is golden.
