- 300g rolled puff pastry
- 1/2 cup red jam
- 1 brie wheel
- 1 egg
- Arrange the cheese in the centre of the puff pastry, put the jam on the cheese and cover with the puff pastry.
- Brush with the yolk and bring to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until the dough is golden.
