6 great ways to pimp your toastie snacks!
6 slices of seed bread of your choice
1 tablespoon almond butter
Small handful hazelnuts
Small handful toasted seeds
1 tablespoon cottage cheese
15 grams feta
Half an avocado
Small bunch of basil, leaves picked
Drizzle of honey
Small bunch mint, leaves picked
1 tablespoon pine nuts
You can make any toppings and combos you fancy out of the ingredients above or add in other veg and fruit and herbs and nuts.
Remember this is the first thing you put into your body in the morning and starts you up for the whole day.
