  • 6 slices of seed bread of your choice
  • 1-2 radishes
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Small handful hazelnuts
  • Small handful toasted seeds
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 15 grams feta
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 chilli
  • Small bunch of basil, leaves picked
  • Drizzle of honey
  • 1 banana
  • Handful blueberries
  • Small bunch mint, leaves picked
  • Handful strawberries
  • 4 asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts

  1. You can make any toppings and combos you fancy out of the ingredients above or add in other veg and fruit and herbs and nuts.
  2. Remember this is the first thing you put into your body in the morning and starts you up for the whole day.

  4. - almond butter, sliced banana, blueberries, cinnamon
  5. - smashed avocado, chopped red chilli, feta, mint, toasted seeds
  6. - ricotta, mixed nuts, honey, strawberries
  7. - cottage cheese, heritage tomatoes, olive oil, basil
  8. - avocados, radish slices, pomegranate seeds
  9. - asparagus and poached eggs, pine nuts
