Coconut Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 125 milliliters maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 300 grams rolled oats

  • 100 grams desiccated coconut

  • 100 grams coconut flakes

  • 80 grams cranberries

  • 50 grams Pumpkin Seeds

  • 50 grams Sunflower Seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 150.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together except the coconut flakes and the cranberries. Spread the mixture over two lined baking trays. Bake for 15 minutes then add the remaining ingredients and bake for a further 15 minutes until golden and clustered. Leave to cool, then decant into a suitable storage jar.
