Grilled Croissant with Wild Mushroom

Ingredients

  • 2 croissants

  • Handful of wild mushrooms of choice, sliced

  • 40 grams mozzarella

  • Salt & pepper

  • Handful cheddar cheese

  • Handful chopped chives

  • A pinch of paprika

Instructions

  1. Slice croissants in half, place mushrooms and cheese on top and place under the grill to soften mushrooms, melt cheese and brown for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, a dusting of paprika and serve immediately.
