- 2 croissants
- Handful of wild mushrooms of choice, sliced
- 40 grams mozzarella
- Salt & pepper
- Handful cheddar cheese
- Handful chopped chives
- A pinch of paprika
Steps
- Slice croissants in half, place mushrooms and cheese on top and place under the grill to soften mushrooms, melt cheese and brown for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, a dusting of paprika and serve immediately.
