Supplies

  • A portion of leftover spag bol
  • 1 ball of pizza dough
  • Flour for dusting
  • 2 tablespoons passata
  • 125 grams of mozzarella
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced or halved
  • 2 sprigs of basil
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to around 260 degrees. Round out the pizza dough into a circle shape so it's about 1/2 inch thick. Place on a pizza tray or stone and evenly spread over the passata making sure you leave an even gap at the edge of the pizza for the crust. Evenly spread over the cooked leftover spaghetti, blob over the bolognese sauce, tear over the mozzarella, and dot over the tomatoes and basil. Drizzle over the olive oil and place in the hot oven. Cook for about 10-12 minutes all until the pizza is crispy and the cheese has melted.
