  • Jersey royals or new potatoes
  • Parmesan
  • Parsley
  • Paprika
  • Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Roasted Garlic Aioli w/ Paprika Infused Oil

  • Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Ultimate burger sauce
  • Emmental cheese
  • Pastrami
  • Dill pickles
  • Butter

Steps

Parmesan and parsley smashed potatoes with roasted garlic aioli

  1. Boil your potatoes in salty water (around 15 mins depending on size)
  2. Arrange the potatoes on a large olive oil covered baking sheet then use the bottom of a glass to gently smash down, brush the tops of the potatoes with olive oil then roast for 15 mins
  3. Whilst the potatoes cook mix the parmesan with the parsley and paprika.
  4. Take out the potatoes and sprinkle over the parmesan mix then bake for another 5 mins. Serve immediately with the aioli

New York Deli sliders with pastrami and best ever burger sauce

  1. Cook the burgers as per the instructions (BBQ, or grill them)
  2. Cut the tear and share in half, brush with a little butter then toast both sides up lightly for a few mins
  3. Spread ¾ of the burger sauce on the bottom of the buns then add a slice of the cheese, then the burgers, then another slice of cheese, then the pastrami and gherkins, cover with tops of the rolls and bake for 10 mins until cheese has melted.
  4. Pull apart and dip in the rest of the sauce if desired
