  • 340 g of flour

  • Make cookie dough
  • Place unsalted butter at room temperature to soften, add granulated sugar to it and stir until it becomes whitish.

Steps

  2. Add the eggs little one at a time and mix well each time. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.
  3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 180C.
  5. Roll out cookie dough with a rolling pin and separate into 3.
  6. To make the brown dough: add cocoa powder
  7. To make the black dough: add cocoa powder and black food colouring
  8. Decorate plain dough with brown and black dough to create animal prints.
  9. Flatten designs with a rolling pin.
  10. Bake at 180C for 12 minutes.
