- 1tbsp bicarb
- 1 tbsp Aperol
- 1 tsp orange flavour concentrate
- 1 tsp orange food colouring powder
- ½ cup Icing sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp citric acid
- ½ cup caster sugar
- Mix together the bicarbonate of soda, Aperol and orange flavouring and colouring working quickly so there are no big lumps. Add all the remaining ingredients, mixing really well so everything is incorporated evenly. Press into the moulds, then leave to dry out for an hour or two.
- Remove from the mould, add to a glass of prosecco and watch it fizz and transform into an aperol cocktail.
