- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 lt of milk
- 3.5 oz of mozzarella cheese
- 3.5 oz of cheddar cheese
- 17 oz of pasta
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the flour until you get a paste.
- Add the milk and mix with a whisk until you get a béchamel sauce.
- Spice with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water.
- Put the pasta in an oven-proof dish and add the béchamel and the cheeses on top.
- Bake until it's ready.
