- 1 Pack filo pastry
- Melted butter
- 1 round of Camembert cut into wedges
- Your favourite chutney
Steps
- Cut filo into squares.
- Place in alternating layers brushing each with melted butter.
- Stick a wedge of cheese in the middle with a teaspoon of chutney on top.
- Bring all the corners in together and brush the tops with more melted butter.
- Bake at 200 for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
