• 1 Pack filo pastry
  • Melted butter
  • 1 round of Camembert cut into wedges
  • Your favourite chutney


  1. Cut filo into squares.
  2. Place in alternating layers brushing each with melted butter.
  3. Stick a wedge of cheese in the middle with a teaspoon of chutney on top.
  4. Bring all the corners in together and brush the tops with more melted butter.
  5. Bake at 200 for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
