Create a delicious Bakewell Sour using Smirnoff Cherry Drop Flavoured Vodka.
- 50ml Smirnoff Cherry Drop Flavoured Vodka
- 25ml Amaretto
- 50ml lemon juice
- 25ml golden syrup
- 2 heaped bar spoons cherry conserve
- 60ml aqua faba or egg white
- 4 Cherry Drop boiled sweets crushed into a fine powder
- 1⁄4 lemon
- 2 fresh cherries
- Prepare your glass. Sprinkle Cherry Drop powder onto a small plate. Rub half of the rim of the glass with the 1/4 lemon and roll in the Cherry Drop powder. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine your Smirnoff Cherry Drop Flavoured Vodka, amaretto, lemon juice, golden syrup, and aqua faba (or egg white).
- Top the cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for about 10-15 seconds to create the froth.
- Then add 5-6 ice cubes and shake again (wet shake) until there is condensation on the outside of the cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the prepared glasses.
- Garnish with a fresh cherry.
