• 50ml Smirnoff Cherry Drop Flavoured Vodka
  • 25ml Amaretto
  • 50ml lemon juice
  • 25ml golden syrup
  • 2 heaped bar spoons cherry conserve
  • 60ml aqua faba or egg white
  • 4 Cherry Drop boiled sweets crushed into a fine powder
  • 1⁄4 lemon
  • 2 fresh cherries


  1. Prepare your glass. Sprinkle Cherry Drop powder onto a small plate. Rub half of the rim of the glass with the 1/4 lemon and roll in the Cherry Drop powder. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine your Smirnoff Cherry Drop Flavoured Vodka, amaretto, lemon juice, golden syrup, and aqua faba (or egg white).
  3. Top the cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for about 10-15 seconds to create the froth.
  4. Then add 5-6 ice cubes and shake again (wet shake) until there is condensation on the outside of the cocktail shaker.
  5. Strain into the prepared glasses.
  6. Garnish with a fresh cherry.
